  • How do I get a quote or book services?

    The best way to start is by filling out the contact form on our website or emailing us directly. Please include your:


    • Event date
    • Event location 
    • Services you are interested in


    We will then scheduele a brief consultation call to discuss the project and provide a custom quote. 

  • Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?

    Yes, a non-refundable deposit (50% of your total production cost)and a signed contract are required to officially book and secure your date. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • What happens if my event is rescheduled or cancelled?

    If you need to reschedule, we will gladly transfer your retainer to a new date, provided we are available. 


    If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable as it compensates for holding your date and turning away other potential clients. All terms are outlined clearly in your contract.

  • Do you charge for travel?

    Travel within a 50-mile radius of the Washington D.C. area is included in your package. 


    Travel that requires us to drive 50+ miles from D.C. will incur an extra $100 per day to cover time, mileage, and logistics. All travel fees are calculated and clearly outlined in your custom quote.

  • How many people will be on your team for my event?

    The crew size depends entirely on your service needs. A simple photography session may only require one person, while a multi-camera live stream and videography package may require a team of 3-5 professionals. Your custom quote will specify the exact crew size. 

  • Can you work with other vendors? (e.g. the DJ, planner, or venue staff)?

    Yes, seamless cooperation is essential! We proactively communicate with your event planner, venue coordinator, and other vendors to ensure our setup, lighting, and coverage plans complement, rather than interfere with, their work.
